The comfortable open plan living/dining/kitchen has large windows & doors offering wonderful sea views so you can relax and enjoy all the water activity from your living room chair.
The main bedroom also offers the same views – so the early morning cuppa in bed becomes very inviting.

Park the car on arrival and don’t start the motor again until holidays end – you are only 5-7 minutes walk to Paihia town centre, restaurants and all holiday activities.
Or bring the trailer boat and enjoy just a 2 minute drive to the boat ramp at Waitangi, for fishing out in the Bay.
