With 6 Bedrooms and 3 Living areas the Lodge has ample space for guests to gather together to socialize, or find their own space to have quiet time alone.
The main living areas open out onto the large river facing deck where you can laze back and watch the children having fun with the kayaks or dinghy provided, or maybe swimming in the river to cool off on the hot sunny days.

Just 5 minutes drive from Paihia this home offers the large group the ability to leave the holiday crowds behind at end of day and relax in quiet, peaceful and private surroundings to enjoy each others company over the evening barbecue.
Set on 2 acres of lawn with beautiful river views, that are equal to any sea view the Bay of Islands has to offer, this home is fully equipped with everything required to make your holiday really special.

• Peak Season - 20 Dec – 13 Jan                              $600 per night.
• High Season - 14 Jan - 27 April & 19 Oct – 19 Dec  $450per night.
• Low Season - 28 April-18 Oct                                  $350 per night.

• Each extra person $50 per night - up to maximum of 15 persons.

• Week long stays are preferred.
